As a seasoned theater maker, strategist, and executive, I help artists and mission-driven organizations turn bold ideas into reality. Whether directing a production, developing strategic plans, or designing efficient systems, I blend creativity with structure to ensure meaningful work thrives.     I have worked as a theater producer and director for over a decade.

    I am available for work as a producer, director, and artistic programmer for organizations with a variety of budgets.

    I specialize in works by women of color but am available for projects of any type.

  • Speaking Engagements

    I have spoken on a variety of topics to audiences of many different sizes.

    I have delivered impactful keynote addresses at national and regional conferences, engaging diverse audiences on arts, culture, fostering healthy collaboration, and inspiring action towards inclusivity. Here is a sampling of past events.

  • Facilitation

    I have facilitated many types of group conversations, large and small. My specialty is deep interrogation of difficult topics in large groups using a variety of techniques including the World Café method.

    I am available to facilitate large- and small-group conversations and workshops on healthy collaboration, boundaries, values-based leadership, professional development, and many other topics that may be of interest.
